The fragrance used throughout the hotel was subtle yet refreshing. The front desk staff were polite and professional. The room was cleaner than my previous hotel stay and didn't require daily visits to the front desk. They provided water bottle service every day.

The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.
It would be great if the staff had better English communication skills for smoother interactions with international guests.

The hotel was clean, with a refreshing purple color scheme. It had great facilities and a convenient location close to Victoria Harbour and many delicious restaurants. The hotel also provided transportation options, including a free shuttle from the airport via the airport express train.

Conveniently located near public transportation, including tram, buses, and MTR station. Comfortable and modern room with helpful and polite staff. Excellent coffee in the lobby. Nice view, well-equipped room with a fridge. Clean and well-maintained, though small. Purple color theme throughout.

This place is in a good area, with plenty of eateries around and the convenience of airport transport right at the doorstep. The staff here provide excellent service, with dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services available. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, trouser press, dining table, and free Wi-Fi. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors add a touch of luxury to the rooms. The staff here are friendly and always ready to assist. The leisure facilities, including the fitness center, provide a great way to relax and unwind after a long day.
